Pastor Mike Brinson was born into and raised in a pastor's home. His father (Ray Brinson) has been a pastor for 30+ years in Missouri. Mike attended Baptist Bible College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Ministry and Bible in 1996. He furthred his education by earning a Masters of Biblical Studies at the Bible Baptist Graduate School of Theology in 2000.

After his studies, Mike was hired by Cherry Street Baptist Church in Springfield, MO for the position of Administrative Pastor and to oversee the College and Career Ministry. He spent 8 years serving the people of Cherry Street Baptist Church.

During the Fall of 2007 Mike felt a burden for the need of starting new churches in the United States. It was in October of 2007 that Mike along with his wife (Lori) and two sons (Chandler and Ethan) took their first trip to Northwest Arkansas. After a three day visit, Mike left with peace that God was going to move them to Arkansas. God brought that vision to reality when they moved in July 2008.

While in Arkansas, God blessed Mike and Lori with their first and only daughter, Hailey. As a family they enjoy serving the church and spending quality time with each other.

Worship Pastor Matt Lee was raised in Northwest Arkansas in a mostly non-Christian environment and received Christ as his Lord and Savior in June of 2000. He surrendered his life to the ministry shortly after being married to his wife, Candace, of 10 years now. They have two sons; Aaron, Joseph and one daughter Sarah.

In mid 2003, Matt started leading music at Bella Vista Baptist Church's youth group. He served as the head of the youth music ministry for five years. After meeting Mike Brinson in mid 2008 through a mutual friend he felt God calling him to come along side Mike in planting Lifepoint Baptist Church in Centerton, AR.

Youth Director Adam Gamble was raised in a Christian home in Springdale Arkansas and was led to the Lord by his parents. When he reached the age of 12, he began to see that God was calling him to surrender his life for ministry in whatever form God may have planned. In 2013, Adam and his family joined Lifepoint, and at the age of 18, he knew that God's next step for him was to go to Baptist Bible College in Springfield Missouri.

Adam attended there from 2018-2021 and graduated with a degree in missions as well as a minor in biblical counseling. While attending BBC, Adam met the love of his life, Kaylyn, and they married in the summer of 2021. Previously, while Adam was in Springfield, he attended Park Crest Baptist Church and served as a lay member by leading in the college class, leading a children's Sunday school, and serving as a junior deacon. Adam also served as an RA in his dormitory while attending BBC.

In 2022, Adam took on the role of youth director at Lifepoint. Adam believes that the youth of our day and age are facing an ever-increasing sinful culture. More than ever before seen in our country, he believes that teens need people to lead them to the truth found in God's perfect and sufficient word. Adam has a desire not only to evangelize, and disciple the teens but to raise up others that will do the same.
